Can I reserve a date for delivery?

Yes. If you are going on holiday or simply unavailable on the dates given we will work to accommodate the best day that suits you.
 

Who will be repairing my product?

To provide all the services you might need after you have bought your new product, from setting up to repairs. We have 4 dedicated engineers to date who work really hard to offer you the very best after-care services.
 

Do I need a service contract?

To ensure your device is kept in good health its worth having an annual health check-up as with anything mechanical wear and tear can cause future problems.
 


What if you can't repair the item

If for some reason we are unable to repair your product our expert staff we will advise you on the best appliance for replacement.
 


How do I pay for a repair?

Payments are made over the phone when you are booking a repair.

 

How can I pay?

All major credit and debit cards are accepted (except Amex). We are part of the Love2shop scheme so if you have any vouchers we can even accept these for appliances purchased.
